Embroidery Machines: We use only state of the art Tajima & Barudan embroidery machines. These machines are equipped with 15 needles, linear sewing heads,and tubular framing to ensure only the best possible embroidery you demand.
Automatic folding machine: Our fully automated garment folding machine is the best in the industry. We can fold over 5,000 garments per shift. These 'Jensen' folding machines are manufactured in Switzerland and offer a premium, consistent fold on every garment. This machine allows us the flexibility that our customers require, such as special sleeve folding (i.e. left or right, in our out). Long sleeve, short sleeve, sweaters, or turtle necks all come out folded like they came directly from the factory to you.
Steaming: We offer a specialized streaming process for each and every garment. After the embroidery process is complete, we send each garment through an intense steaming procedure that gives each garment that fresh new look.
Quality Control: Our quality control department has a keen eye for detail and the strictest quality standards in the industry. Each and every garment is inspected very carefully before proceeding to the next department.
Patented Laser Cross-Hair Framing: Our framing machine guarantees exact placements on solids and un-engineered stripes.
Supplies: We use the best supplies to ensure the best quality embroidery possible, like top quality rayon and polyester threads and quality backings to ensure your embroidery and garment last forever.
Digitizing: We use the state of the art Wilcom ES45 digitizing system. Our digitizing staff offers many years of design creation expertise. Now you can take advantage of these expert skills that will bring your designs to life.
Stock Designs Available: Don’t need custom design
work? You can choose a design from one of the many stock designs available
on our website from ‘Dakota Collectables’. Need some design
ideas? Dakota offers thousands of stock designs that can be merged with
your company name to create a design of your own.
